——专访北京盛诺一家医院管理有限公司总裁蔡强先生

　　Some people go abroad to shop; some people travel abroad; some people study abroad and some families immigrate overseas. So, it’s reasonable that the health-care overseas comes into being. Many people have looked abroad since the exchange of information becomes more and more frequently. If we meet some illness which can’t be cured by doctors in our country, we can surf the Internet to look for the newest medical development and medicine abroad. Maybe there’s a glimmer of hope.
　　有人出国购物，有人出国旅游，有人出国留学，有人举家移民海外，那么，海外医疗的出现，更是情理之中。随着国内外信息交流逐渐增多,很多人将目光投向了国外,如果遇到令国内医生束手无策的疑难杂症,那么再上网查查国外最新医疗进展和最新药物，或许成为重燃生命之光的一线希望。
　　蔡强是中国第一家海外医疗咨询与服务机构——北京盛诺一家医院管理有限公司的总裁。昔日的他，只是一名普通的大学讲师，后来他弃教从商，创办了盛诺一家，让“海外医疗”的概念在中国兴起，并且逐渐发展成为一种趋势。蔡强这样介绍盛诺一家的定位：“做一家严肃的海外医疗服务机构 (不涉及生育、 干细胞、整形美容等业务) , 是服务机构, 而不是医疗机构。”
