2013年罗丁女校上海艺术展

　　From August the 6th to the 13th, Rodean School will hold an art exhibition in Jia Gallery in the 7th floor of Shanghai Exhibition Centre, one of the landmarks of Shanghai. Roedean, of a long history over 125 years and on par with Eton College, is located by the Brighton seaside overlooking the English Channel. Prince Charles and Princess Anne have visited the school for several times. It is the first choice for the Royal family and nobilities to attend. Each year Roedean graduates and students organize numerous art exhibitions all around the world. It also creates opportunities of reunions for Old Roedeanians.
　　近日，拥有超过125年悠扬历史的英国罗丁女子学校将在知名地标上海展览中心七楼的嘉轩举办学生艺术作品展。这所与伊顿公学齐名的私立女校坐落在英吉利海峡边上，查尔斯王子、安妮公主都曾多次造访此校，是皇室、贵族成员就读的首选。历届毕业生和在校生每年都会为罗丁女校在全球范围做各类艺术交流展览，同时也是罗丁女校的全球校友聚会。
　　本次展览囊获了四位罗丁毕业的欧洲著名职业艺术家，如作品被英国V&A博物馆收藏的凯瑟琳.科尔曼（Kather-ine Coleman）、和在皇家艺术学院举办个展的安娜贝拉.成（Anabela Chan）。还包括17位近期毕业的学生作品，如被********艺术学院录取的林蕴琦（Magdalene Lam）的作品。罗丁女校国际化的视野给学生的艺术作品增添了与众不同的色彩，必定会给中国的艺术爱好者留下深刻印像。 此次艺术展上海站的策展人杨乙嘉（Jane Yang）也是罗丁女校的应届毕业生，现已被伦敦艺术学院录取，开始她的职业艺术生涯。
　　上海已经成为全球年轻艺术家的集结地，新时代的艺术家又会用什么样的世界语言来表达自我，诠释自我呢，一切畅想尽情期待8月6日至13日的时空畅想。
